"The ENCOURAGEANAIRE" ACTS 11:22-30 was born in Seattle,
Washington. Since graduating in 1989 from Prescott High School in
Arizona he has gone on to excel as a U.S. Marine stationed at
Marine Corp Recruit Depot San Diego working for the Depot Adjutant
for 3 and half yrs. While stationed at this location he participated
with Commanding General John S. Grinalds (The Citadel's 18th
President) and his Staff for Public and Private Events at his base
residence. Leaving with an Honorable Discharge led to graduation
with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Management from
Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. His Vision, Purpose & DESTINY
is Joyful Arts - Joyful Role Models, Joyful Impact and Change
Worldwide!!!!
A chance encounter with Michael Darby in 1998 at Planet Hollywood for the "The Faculty" movie screening quickly transformed from friendship to representation who encouraged him to start N.W.E. Management as a DBA while on the West Coast. His company utilized strategic win-win relationships with professional creative arts organizations and associations to include Los Angeles Music Network, Songsalive, Songnet, NARIP, Hollywood Networking Breakfast and Young Professionals Global Network. In seeking out personal growth for his entertainment career he partnered with music industry professionals Dave Tough and Steven Leavitt , and discovered distinguished mentors such as Johnny Kim, Jimmy O'Neill, Sandra Lord, Jimi Yamagishi and Toni Koch. Music Industry Professional, Bobby Borg requested his extraordinary skills and networking with the promotion of his book The Musician's Handbook. A greater love of charity was developed while volunteer reading at Heart Of Los Angeles, an organization that benefits children and youth in the inner-city. In 2002 he was invited into membership with the Los Angeles Chapter of NARAS and later on transferred to the Miami Chapter in Florida in March 2008.
2010 is now the time for a powerful new chapter to begin with "ENCOURAGEANAIRE" which is being birthed on the East Coast in South Florida. He now has acquired artists/talent across the U.S. and even worldwide. The West Coast gave him experiences as an intern in Music, Film, TV, Media and Literary. The Immigrant Magazine founders, Pamela and Charles Anchang of Cameroon, Africa rewarded him with a promotion as Editor-in-Chief while working for their publication. This sum of all parts has created and added genuine, innovative and unique clients to his roster. The future is promising for the next generation of GOD's TOP 1% VISION, PURPOSE and REVOLUTION for the World!!!
